NKSC held a seminar on November 29, 2011, that examined what implications the fall of Libyan dictator Gadafi could have on North Korea’s future. Song Kwang-ju from the Gyeonggi Research Institute presided over the seminar and World NK Research Center Director An Chan-il gave a presentation. Ko Young-hwan from the Institute of National Security Strategy, Jung Eun-mi from Seoul National University’s Unification Peace Research Center, and Jung Ji-woong from Unification Future Society Research Center participated in a debate.
